# How to request a measurement

> GeoMono has no self-service sign-up. You request a measurement through the quote form; in teams with an account, an admin can start it from the panel.

GeoMono does not offer self-service sign-up. A brand's measurement starts once its scope has been agreed together.

## If you do not have an account: the quote form

The form on the [quote page](/en/teklif) asks for three things: your work email address (required), your website address, and an optional short note. When you submit the form, we clarify the scope and send a written quote to the address you gave within one business day at the latest. Prices are not published on the site; each quote is written according to the number of questions and engines to be measured.

## If you have an account: starting from the panel

If you have the **admin** role in your workspace, you will see the "Start scientific measurement" ("Bilimsel ölçüm başlat") field on the Research (Araştırma) tab in the brand's Settings (Ayarlar) section.

1. The question set the measurement will use must be registered. If it is not, the button says why it cannot be used.
2. Enter a ceiling between 1 and 100 in the "Budget ceiling (USD)" ("Bütçe tavanı (USD)") field. This is the spending limit you declare.
3. Press the "Start measurement" ("Ölçümü başlat") button.

Only one measurement request can be open for a brand at a time. Once the measurement has finished, publishing the report is a separate decision; the report is not published automatically.

If you do not have the admin role, the button for starting a measurement is not visible. You can ask your workspace administrator, or us.

## Regular tracking

The "Automatic Tracking" ("Otomatik Takip") option in the brand's settings can be Off (Kapalı), Weekly (Haftalık) or Monthly (Aylık). With weekly and monthly tracking, a new scan starts on Monday morning; with the monthly option, roughly a month must have passed since the last completed scan. Changing this option requires the **manager** role.
