Reports and Agency Panel

A report published with its evidence, shared with a link

Every measurement is published as a report whose claims open down to the answers. Send your client or your leadership a link; agencies report on many brands from one account under their own logo.

01

Every finding with its evidence passport

The report opens with the measurement's scope: how many measurements were made, how many could not be, what the limits are. Every finding carries an evidence passport stating the answers it rests on and what it does not mean.

  • Before publication, the draft report shows in the workspace marked 'not published'.
  • A section not included in the report does not vanish quietly; the reason is written.

Share link

  • Opens without signing in
  • Every claim in the report opens to its evidence pages
  • The link is managed from the workspace

02

A link that opens without signing in

The report is shared with a link your client or manager can open without signing in. Whoever receives the link sees the report and its evidence pages; they cannot enter the workspace.

  • Links are managed from the report page in the workspace, which states which actions are available for which link.
  • The report can be printed, with a layout prepared for paper.

Period comparison

Example

Previous measurement

Same question set, same version

This measurement

Same question set, same version

Two measurements sit side by side only if they used the same questions; a difference within noise reads 'no change detected'.

Example view · drawn with a sample brand and sample data, not a real measurement.

03

A period report read in a minute

An executive summary: findings, next steps and limits on one page. Two measurements are compared only if they used the same questions; if the difference is within noise, the report says 'no change detected'.

  • Steps are sorted into now, next, research and watch bands.
  • The period report prints to PDF from the browser.

04

Many brands in one account, under your logo

Agencies manage client brands from one account; each brand has its own workspace, question set and report. The period report is published under your organisation's name and logo.

  • Each brand is visible only to users with access to it.
  • The same method applies to every client, with the same limits.

05

Who sees, who starts a measurement, who changes settings

Users are added as viewer, analyst, manager or account admin. Viewing is open to all; starting a measurement, changing the scan cadence or adding users depends on the role.

  • The scan cadence is set to off, weekly or monthly in the brand settings.
  • Team decisions are recorded with who made them.

How it works

From measurement to your client's desk

  1. The measurement is published

The draft report is reviewed in the workspace, then published with its evidence.

  2. A link is sent

Your client or manager opens the report without signing in.

  3. The period closes

The next measurement with the same questions sits beside it in the period report.

Method promise

A report says no more than the measurement does

Every report states its scope and limits on its first screen. A single measurement uses no language of rise or fall; if the difference between two measurements is within noise, the report says so.

What we measure

  • How many measurements were made and how many could not be
  • The answers each finding rests on
  • The difference between two measurements with the same questions
  • Which sections the report does not carry

What we do not measure

  • Change across different question sets
  • A trend or direction from a single measurement
  • The result of a section not included in the report

Frequently asked questions

Can my client see the report without signing in?

Yes. The report opens with a share link; whoever receives it sees the report and its evidence pages and cannot enter the workspace.

Can we use our own logo?

The period report is published under your organisation's name and logo. The account admin enters the name and logo in the organisation settings.

Can we get a PDF?

The period report is saved as a PDF from the browser's print dialog, with a layout prepared for it. We do not produce a separate PDF file.

How often does a new report come out?

A new period report comes out when the registered measurement repeats with the same questions. For the scan-based analysis, a weekly or monthly refresh is set in the brand settings.

Is there API or MCP access?

Not yet. API and MCP access are on our roadmap; today results live in the workspace, the share link and the printable report. For early access, write to us from the quote page.
