GeoMono vs Scrunch: how they differ and which suits whom (2026)

GeoMono and Scrunch compared from their own pages: engines by plan, countries and languages, how answers are collected, refresh rate, exports and who it suits.

By Published 7 min read

Key takeaways

  • Scrunch describes itself as an AI customer experience platform: it monitors nine engines and also serves optimised pages to AI agents.
  • Scrunch collects with browser automation and official APIs, daily for a prompt's first 14 days and then every 72 hours by default.
  • Scrunch says it tracks prompts in every country and any language; it does not name Türkiye or Turkish.
  • Scrunch offers CSV, Excel, an API and, on Enterprise, Looker Studio; GeoMono delivers a PDF and an Excel file per report.
  • Scrunch suits enterprise brands and agencies; GeoMono suits brands that sell in Türkiye.

GeoMono and Scrunch both measure how a brand appears in AI answers, but Scrunch goes further into changing what AI agents read. GeoMono measures brands in Türkiye: it asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews a buyer's questions in Turkish, without the brand's name, and reports each engine monthly with every answer and its sources. Scrunch, by its own description, is an AI customer experience platform: it monitors nine engines, refreshes daily at first and then every 72 hours by default, and serves optimised pages to AI agents.

Everything said about Scrunch below comes from Scrunch's own website and FAQ, read on 7 November 2026 and linked in the sources. We did not test it hands-on. "Not stated" means Scrunch's pages do not say, not that the feature is missing.

What Scrunch offers, from its own pages

  • Nine engines, four on Core. Scrunch names nine platforms; its pricing page shows four on the Core plan and nine on Enterprise.
  • Mixed collection. It uses browser automation and official APIs, collecting daily for a prompt's first 14 days and then every 72 hours by default.
  • Every country, any language. Its international FAQ says it tracks prompts in every country and any language, with country-specific results on engines that support geolocated search: ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
  • Content for AI agents. Its optimisation products detect agent traffic and serve optimised content to agents while leaving the human-facing site unchanged.
  • A trial. A 7-day free trial of the Core plan, and a free audit on its homepage.

What GeoMono does differently

  • Turkish questions, written first. GeoMono's questions are written in Turkish, with you, before measuring, and kept fixed so two months can be compared.
  • No brand name in the rate. A question that contains your name is left out of the visibility rate.
  • Five engines on every measurement. All five engines are part of every measurement, each reported on its own.
  • Failures written apart, namesakes filtered out. A failed answer is never counted as "not mentioned", and an answer about another company with your name does not count as you.
  • We measure; you publish. GeoMono does not serve different content to AI agents. Its roadmap and optional content studio suggest changes to your own pages, which you publish.

What GeoMono does not have

  • No Copilot, Google AI Mode, Grok or Meta AI.
  • No daily or 72-hour refresh. The full report is monthly.
  • No API, no Looker Studio connector, no agent traffic product.

Which one suits whom

  • Scrunch describes enterprise brands and agencies as its main users, with a Core plan for teams evaluating it. If you want many engines, frequent refresh and a product that changes what AI agents see on your site, its pages describe that.
  • GeoMono suits brands that sell in Türkiye and whose buyers ask in Turkish, and teams that want a fixed Turkish question set and a monthly report with the evidence behind each number.

Questions to ask either vendor in a demo

Whichever you are leaning towards, put the same five questions to Scrunch and to us.

  1. Can I see the full question list before the first measurement? A rate is only as good as the questions behind it. Ask whether the list stays fixed between periods, so that a change in the rate is a change in the answers and not in the questions.
  2. Which questions contain my brand's name, and are they in the rate? An engine asked about a brand by name will name it. Those answers show how you are described, not whether you are chosen.
  3. In which language, and from which location, is each question asked? For a brand that sells in Türkiye, an answer to an English question can name different brands from an answer to the same question in Turkish.
  4. What happens when an engine fails to answer? Ask how many questions were planned and how many were measured, and whether a failure can ever show up as "not mentioned".
  5. Can I open the answer behind any number? A rate you cannot trace back to answers and sources is hard to act on.

Can you use both?

Yes. You can use a tool such as Scrunch for wider tracking and GeoMono for a monthly report on the Turkish questions your buyers ask. If you do, compare each tool's number only with its own history. The questions, engines and counting rules differ, so the two rates will not match, and neither is wrong for that reason. Why this happens is explained in why AI visibility tools give different results.

The limits of this comparison

This page compares what each vendor publishes about itself, not results we measured with both tools side by side. Product pages change often; we read these on 7 November 2026 and will update this page when they change. If you work at Scrunch and something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it. Prices are left out on purpose: plans change, and they are rarely comparable like for like. GeoMono is our own product, so treat the GeoMono column as the vendor's own description too, and check it against the published method.
