Content drafts and approved facts

Updated:

Content Studio opens from an action card; a draft passes through review, approval and publishing, and is written only from approved, sourced brand facts.

Content Studio (İçerik Stüdyosu) is for preparing the content an action card calls for. It does not open with a blank editor: you start it from a card on the Roadmap (Yol Haritası) with "Create content work" ("İçerik çalışması oluştur"), so it is always clear which finding each piece of content responds to.

Approved facts: brand facts

Drafts are written from the "Brand facts" ("Marka olguları") list in the brand's settings. The rule is plain: drafts are written only from the facts in this list.

  • Each fact is a single sentence (at most 600 characters) and must have a source: a web address or a note.
  • Each piece of information, such as a feature, a price, a certification or a support condition, is added as a separate fact.
  • If a draft needs a fact that is not on the list, the draft does not invent it; it shows it as missing. The studio sends you to Settings (Ayarlar) to add the missing fact.

In addition, the "Brand information approval" ("Marka bilgilerinin onayı") field is where the brand's name, line of business, description and other names are approved. If any of these texts changes later, the approval is withdrawn and the text must be approved again. Facts and this approval are edited by users with the manager role.

The path of a draft

A draft moves through these states: Content brief (İçerik özeti), Draft (Taslak), In review (İncelemede), Approved (Onaylandı), Ready for export (Dışa aktarıma hazır), Published (Yayımlandı).

  1. Send for review (İncelemeye gönder): the draft's text is frozen at this moment; the review is carried out on that text.
  2. Approve (Onayla): approval is a human decision, and it cannot be given without the Claim Guard check running again. This check ties every planned claim to a state (such as "Verified" ("Doğrulandı"), "Source needed" ("Kaynak gerekli") or "Not supported" ("Desteklenmiyor")); content that carries a blocking claim cannot be approved.
  3. Move to export (Dışa aktarıma al): you choose the type of channel where the content will be published.
  4. Record as published (Yayımlandı olarak kaydet): you record the address where you published the content.

If needed, "Return to draft" ("Taslağa geri al") takes you back to the start; this requires a reason. These steps require the analyst role or higher.

GeoMono does not publish content on your behalf

No content is ever published automatically. The "Published" record holds the address you declared; a declaration is not a verification. The next measurement tells you whether the engines have seen the content.

AI-assisted draft writing is not switched on in every workspace. Where it is on, it works only with approved facts that have a source; if there are no approved facts at all, or a fact is missing its source, it refuses to write a draft.
